Note on the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
I used some trusty AI consultants to help me bring this site to life – using careful prompting and iterative editing to ensure the content reflected what I had in mind and my own voice. For instance, I used AI to create illustrations to accompany the stories and to help me creatively and succinctly bring the online pages together. But, I strongly believe that while AI can be a very helpful tool, it should not replace or direct human creativity. That is why the writing of the chapters were all me (and the sparks) – I did not use AI to write or edit any portions of the actual stories. In an ideal world, I would have the skills or resources for the illustrations to be done by a human too – maybe in he next iteration.
